Mostly behavioral questions, with follow-up questions based on my answers. The hiring manager was adamant that the position was crucial to her team, she had the budget to hire, and that they were looking to add someone ASAP. But although I completed all or most of the interview process, and followed up with the recruiter, they still ghosted me and have apparently never filled this supposedly crucial position.
