Had an Initial phone call with a Manager, after not hearing back, followed up to be scheduled with a different one, before ending the call, expectations were set that I would hear back the end of the following week/beginning of the next, after not hearing back, I followed up with my initial contact, who just did not respond to me. This showed me everything I need to know about how they operate. Whether someone is a fit or not, silence is never the answer. Candidate experience is obviously not important to them.
