Excellent. Recruiter prepared me well. Interviewer was very professional. Thoughtful questions while painting a good picture of what they do and want. Gave me a great idea of what to expect. Also informed me of how they produce.

Lengthy - took 1 month and 6 interviews between phone and face to face. Very much worth it though to help make sure both parties are a good fit for each other. Started with phone call with recruiter, then phone with potential supervisor/leader, face to face with leader including a role play, prep with leader for role play call with National Sales Director, call with middle-market leader, and finally face to face with regional CEO.
