The interview process is about 7 steps. It start's with an initial conversation with a recruiter and progresses all the way to the CEO of the region. Each interview is anywhere between 1-2 hours. Mostly phone/webex contact, however I did have one in-person meeting. They prepare you well for the next interview and there weren't any surprises. Be prepared for role-play and understanding the job role and expectations. The amount of interviews can be daunting but know that after about the 3rd round, if you continue to progress then you have some great qualities and potential.
