J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez USHEALTH Advisors en sept. 2016
Entretien
I received a call Monday afternoon curious if I would be interested in a position in health insurance sales. I told , Cathy, that I haven't been in sales since 2000 but am still interested; since I have changed a lot since then. If it's a lucrative opportunity then it shouldn't be dismissed only discussed.
Wednesday, I went in for my interview with Nathan Scott. When I arrived he was speaking to another prospect so I waited the training room. I overheard a current advisor making cold calls she wasn't getting dismissed but I wasn't there very long.
Nathan was pleasant and brief. I told him about my experience with a sales postion and cold calling, becuse it wasn't very pleasant. However it was 16 years ago and circumstances aren't the same.
He explained he has several candidates coming in. He doesn't want to rush the process or overload me with technical information until the second interview; if I make the next cut. I appreciate the process and feel the same.
The interview process was phenomenal everything was so descriptive and informative. I love the work culture and work ethic that everyone has you must be able to put in long hours in order to see anything in return.
