I applied online, went through all the online tests and did the drug test. Went in to a 1:1 interview that ended up being a conference call with yet another person. Still haven't actually heard back from USAA that I'm not getting the job. Instead I've heard from the background company that because I was rejected due to my background check I can have a copy. I'm getting one since USAA is the only company that I've received a rejection from because of my background.
