Very laid back. More qualitative, behavioral questions. It was a discussion with myself and the hiring manager. I was a former employee coming back to USAA so I was vetted before my in person interview.

Very smooth process. Panel interviews. Mostly discussed prior roles and how those roles could translate to USAA. A couple of behavioral based questions, nothing too difficult. Just have ready some good examples of prior work experience and the questions won’t be difficult to answer. No technical tasks were requested to be completed.
