Entretien
They begin with a phone interview, then a 30 minute in person interview. The in person is in front of 2 people with 1 typing every word you say. Then they do an intensive background check including a drug test.

This was a very easy interview. USAA is not the home of intelligence.
My first interview was with the recruiter - The recruiter asked about my claim experience as well as my experience with claim handling software. She also asked about how much my current company allows me to pay out without manager approval.
Second interview was with 2 hiring managers. Both were really great guys. Super chill and asked targeted questions regarding how I would deal with upset customers. The questions the hiring managers asked were STAR........Situation - Task - Action - Result
