Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez USAA (Chandler, AZ) en janv. 2019
Entretien
Applied online. Received an email a day later to take an assessment which took 60 mins. Received an email a couple days later that the recruiter will call me for a phone interview at 7:30am. That was early and didn’t appreciate not communicating first to get a good time to speak. After phone interview got set up with the real interview but it was over the phone a few days later. The real interview felt one sided. Did not at all felt like I was interviewing them but them making sure I fit their mold. Very sales oriented but no commission so immediately from hearing that I knew this position wasn’t for me. I could go do a customer service job for the same pay they offer without the stress of getting a sale. However they did layout career path if you stick with it and get good but they also state there’s a lot of competition to get those promotions. Asked me some sales scenarios without much context which annoyed me. I realized this position wasn’t for me and said thanks but no thanks. Both phone interviews didn’t leave a good impression on me.
