interview process was lengthy, once you applied it could take weeks up to months to hear back from their recruiter. If you received an interview, it was usually two managers, one the interviewer and the other the scribe, that would conduce the 30-45 minute long interview. The questions were mostly SBO (situation, behavior, outcome) however recently I believe they are doing more technical questions based on the specific job.

The interview was formatted using STAAR Questions. They only asked behavioral questions. 2 different interviews total. One with a recruiter and then one with a team member. Decision came after.

It was a two part interview. one with HR then a manager in your area of application. The second interview has two people from the company in it. Mine was a telephone interview so it had two people on the line. But overall not a difficult interview

I was called into the main office for an interview, it was supposed to be with two managers but only one showed up. They asked standard questions about my background and my knowledge of insurance and claims.
I was told I would hear from the recruiter wihtn 5 days but I got the call the next day with an offer.
