Interview consisted of two rounds. First one was HR going over all the details about the job and salary package. Then asking me about my background and my knowledge about the company. Second round was a panel interview with 3 interviewers. first with the hiring manager going over resume and previous experience, second with the lead, going over in detail of all technical metrics that I mentioned in resume, third one was with business partner, it was scenario based on data lineage.

This interview process is very long. I am talking about a 3-month long interview since application. Very nice and pleasant HR lady gives screens to you and gives you initial information. After that, it took around 10 days to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. He was super nice as well. Three weeks later got the third round with the panel. They told me they will let me know in less than 2 weeks. Well, 20 days later nothing. They just ghosted me. I emailed the HR lady that was scheduling everything, Nothing. No replay. It feels now like it was a huge waste of time. At least tell people that You went with another candidate don't ghost them.
