I received an email to take the integrity and logic assessment. I passed that and received a date for a phone interview. The phone interview was very relaxed and comfortable. Basic questions about my resume and work experience... also they are very up front about salary and work expectations. They offered me a salary that was well above the average for even them.... but the job is not offered until you complete another interview with the managers. The manager interview was a bit longer and not as easy. They had me role play as a salesperson and try to sell them a phone package deal with insurance and all that.. it was a little bit awkward but I tried my best to act as if I were actually in the call center role. The managers were friendly and positive. They offered me the job about a week after that. I am now waiting for my background check and drug test to come back.

Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.

Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
