      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez USA TODAY Co.

      Entretien

      I submitted my application and resume online and was called the next day to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well, and I followed up once after that but did not hear back from them for a month. I finally went in a dropped off a portfolio of my work and was called the next day to schedule and in-person interview. The in-person interview went really well. However, I did not hear back from them again. I followed up with them occasionally and I was told almost the same thing everytime such as that they were still working on interviewing others or that they were in the process of "wrapping up." Six months later, I followed up yet again and was told that I was in the final pool of people they were considering for the position. I did not hear back from them for awhile again and everytime I called the person that interviewed me, it went straight to their voicemail. Finally, I called and asked the receptionist if the person I was looking for was in the office. After being treated abruptly and rudely by the receptionist for unknown reasons, I was transferred to the person who told me the position had already been filled. I don't know when they were going to tell me or whether they were ever planning on informing me. The whole process was long, drawn out and extremely disorganized.
