I went through 5 interviews via phone and Skype, then they didn't get back to me for weeks. I honestly lost interest in the position as the manager seemed to have a micro-managing leadership style. I found the recruiters unorganized.

Incredibly lengthy. 3 interviews took over 3 months. Never heard back. Nothing. Had to email for several weeks to be told it's still ongoing. Told them to remove my name.
