J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Postal Service (Oxnard, CA) en févr. 2016

The interview process was brief but lengthy. There were about 40+ people for the same position as well as an RCA position. The interview started at 10am but I didnt get my one-on-one interview until about 1:45pm(which was all of 10mins) They say expect to be there for about 2 hrs, clearly I was there way longer. I almost wanted to leave. But the interview itself was straight forward. If you have any criminal past(which I do) prior to the interview they ask you to write a statement about the nature of the offense. They also inform you that you must disclose if you have ever been fired from a job, if you have not been legally driving in the U.S. for two years minium with a valid drivers license, and for men if you have registered to be drafted. They had about 3-4 people rotating interviewing people. I felt that they should have been more prepared for the volume of applicants that had so it could speed up the process. Besides the wait the interview was easy, plus when they got to me im pretty sure they were ready to be done seeing as though it took as long as it did.
For those who have a record, dont be discouraged. They have been known to hire people with records but you MUST be honest about it. They also inform you that if you you are selected to be hired they will run an additional background check and fingerprinting. So honesty is the best policy.
Im still waiting to hear back from them as to wether or not i will recieve a job offer so for now Ive selected "no", but I will keep you posted
