J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Postal Service en févr. 2016

I applied online and received an invitation to take a couple of personality tests. After completion of the personality tests, they schedule you for a battery exam, they call it 473. Scored an 86. Also received background/criminal screening emails that I had to reply to within one or two days, and take a drug screening. Two days later I received a phone call from the post master about 4 days later and scheduled a one-on-one interview... which was more him going over my application and qualifications rather than any basic interview questions, aside from "are you okay with X, working outside, situation Y? etc etc" One day later I received a call from HR department in my area to come in and fill out W-4 and schedule fingerprints to be done (I had to pay, but it was only $5). I was told to wait for a call or email on official start date.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
