There were 2 online tests. One you could do at home and was a personality test. The other you had to do at a third-party testing center. It was a test of your ability to find errors in addresses and remember letter carrier routes. There was also a urine test. The in-person interview process consisted of the postal service meeting you to see if you were a living, breathing, human.

Question 1
The online personality test questions focused on whether you're a team player and are concerned about safety. There were really no questions at all in the in-person interview. You just showed up.

Filled out an online application on Sept 10th. Got an invitation for an accessment test which i took on Sept 16th. Just received an email for the drug test and background test......

Test, drug test, HR calls to see if you are still interested in position, one on one interview and fill out employment paperwork. You get your offer letter and orientation info at one on one interview.
