The whole process took about 4-5 hours. Filled out some paperworks prior to getting interviewed. The interview was pretty easy. They just ask basic questions about your past experience and willingness to work outside. Make sure you are completely ok with their hours because I think that is what they are looking for. Someone who doesn't have any problem with the hours. That's the very first thing they asked me. If I'm ok working 6-7 days a week for 10-12 hour shift. As soon as I said that it's a no problem everything else was easy and connected with the interviewer. Make sure to make a connection and you'll be fine. She said she would recommend me.
