Applied online. Took initial personality based test. Invited to take 473 exam. Exam wasn't hard. Memory part was the trickiest. Passed the exam and got results as soon as I checked out of the exam. Got an email to consent to background screen and drug test. Took drug screen and submitted to background check. Got a call from post master a week later. Went in for interview which was really great. Easy interview. They have a list of questions they are required to ask.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
