The first process was a phone interview with a younger university recruiter. It lasted about 15 to 30 minutes and he briefly went over a few questions. Some of them were specific to my major and others were more generic interview questions (tell me about yourself, why USPS). The next interview was with another man in HR. This one was via Skype. It was similar questions to the phone interview but more drawn out. After passing that interview, the last one was with my prospective direct manager. This one was also on Skype. These questions were more specific to the role I would be undertaking.
