The interview was not difficult but I felt that they tried to weed out the applicants really and looked for someone with driving expereince like pizza delivery. I interviewed with the manager assistant because the manager was going to interview another applicant. During the interview, the manager stopped by and greeted. He looked at my driving record report which showed 1 accident. I explained that the other car hit my car's rear end and I was not at fault. He said, "Yeah, everyone said that." I smiled (tried to ease the conversation) and told him "It's the truth, I am telling the truth." He then asked me about my previous work. I said I used to work as an intern at a federal agency and a secretary at a company. He then turned to the assistant manager and said "Oh, this can apply for manager position." and left. The assistant manager and I continued the interview.
After the interview, I was sure that I would not get this job. The assistant manager did not write anything down at all. He just asked general questions. I guess he got a hint from the manager that I was not a fit for this position. Later, when I got home, I felt unease with the manager's negative comment about my driving accident. It showed that he had negative attitude and did not trust his employees, even a person he did not know and just met for the first time. He thought I lied about it (and he never knew me before). I do not know what I would do if I had to work with supervisor or manager who had attitude toward the employees like this either.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
