A group interview. Around 20 of us. Took us all in 1 big room then introduced themselves and proceeded to let us know what the job was about. After the group introduction each person from the interview went over our application to see if there was missing information. When that was finished an interviewer will call us individually and proceeded with the interview. If you got hired right then and there, you will get fingerprinted. If you didn't then you'll just go home. Easy process.

There was no interview. I took a personality test online and was offered a position. My was scheduled for the following month and I've been working every since. After two years I'll automatically be promoted to a career position.

Interviews are conducted one-on-one with a large group of candidates brought together and a panel of postal executives and managers acting as the proctors. The interview usually lasts about 15-20 minutes.
