J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Postal Service (Coopersburg, PA) en mars 2015
Entretien
I applied online. I got through exam procedure in a few days including online test. And I got an email that I was invited to a interview from one of offices I applied a few weeks later.
Overall interview was easy, not tense. There are no tricky questions, only behavioral questions in a situation with customers and coworkers. The manager kept saying that the interview questions are not important but just procedures.
They really need me use my own vehicle for delivery, and that was the point I hesitated. They say I would need mini vans or SUVs since I have to sit on passenger seat with mails on driver seat. That was a problem for me. The manager noticed a problem from my face, but he said that I can consider getting a suitable car after being chosen.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
