The interview consisted of basic and general background questions followed by a word per minute typing test. The interview was following a general knowledge test at a large testing center, so once you have passed, they will contact you for an interview at the remote encoding offices. After passing the interview, you will be paid for work done while you prove that you can do a certain amount of routing per hour. This involves rerouting mail by keyboard in a specific amount of time.
