The interview consisted of 3 panel members both military and civilian. The questions were related to my knowledge of the work, mission and purpose of the management system and a few scenario, 'What if" kind of questions. The interview last for about one hour. The interview process was one in which I was informally asked if I was interested in an upcoming vacant position. Upon my review of the position description, I chose to interview. Two other persons were also interview to which I was considered the 'best fit' for the position.
