Apply using USA JObs, which is a cumbersome, slow process (but the Navy cannot control this). Received notification that I "made the certificate" of qualified employees. Then received a call about 3 weeks later asking to schedule an interview. Interview was in the Pentagon, in front of a panel of three GS-15 civilians who asked a series of standard interview questions.
