Naval recruitment, interviewing process, medical screening, asvab testing, offer of job based on score, meps, dep, then go to boot camp, after ctr job schooling begins, a school, c school.

Entretien
Meeting with a Recuiter. Approaching this from the perspective of somebody already being interested and making contact with a recruiter. This might be different than a recruiter seeking out prospects. So your mileage may vary.
Called the recruiting office when I was a junior in high school. After talking for a bit and explaing some of my interests they sugested talking the asvab. This makes sense because it matters what programs you can be accepted for. So, after taking the asvab. We discussed what I was qualified for ( I scored very high, so as far as the asvab I was able to take any job).
After narrowing it to 6 jobs, then the real questions began. As some jobs require extensive security clearances there were quite a few "screen out" questions to make sure it even probable that you could pass the extensive background checks.
After this, and "signing up" the next stop is a MEPS station (Military Entrance Processing Station) . This is where more paperwork, questions ,and medical screening takes place. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
If you apply, and you are accepted, you last/first stop is recruit training (boot camp).
In all honesty. Your interview never ends. You are always being sized up, asked questions, learning, growing.
