There wasnnt one but i think that when a person enters the navy they should be absoletly sure that this is what they want to do. Many people often join and then show remorse after the basic training gets hard. I for one went through this myself. If you are going to do, make sure you want to do it.

Most disrespectful interview with a cocky recruiter. Since the recruiter wants to keep deleting my review, I will post it here. This took place in Alameda California Navy recruiting. Earning my bachelor's degree means so much to me since I was told many times I would never achieve it and I did not waste my time in school. The recruiter was shaming students and claiming that we wasted our time getting our degrees because some of us do not have a high paying job yet. He was talking to me as if I was in debt but there's something called scholarships and financial aid. I never got in debt during the university and it took me 4 years to complete. The recruiter bragged about how he made 8K a month and saying there's idiots with bachelors degrees. There's idiots everywhere including the military. You're right. A bachelor's degree doesn't mean the person is better than everyone and it's the same thing about you wearing your uniform. Just because you're in the military does not mean you're better than everyone else too. He was saying I should have joined the military when I was homeless but I did not want to because I knew that is for the wrong reason. He was making fun of the old job I had because the pay was very low. Students with degrees do not get a job right away because it takes time and I managed to get a career job that did not take that long after graduating from the university. I was there for the officer program and this shameful recruiter was trying to screw me over by putting me as an E4 and trying to make me go to the enlisted route.. Not worth joining now because I make more than a lousy E4 rank. This recruiter is a huge disgrace to society. Oops. I got accepted graduate school because it's not a waste of time compared to the Navy. No interest joining now if the recruiters are that arrogant, disrespect, and entitled.

There was no interview. Promotion to LT is automatic as long as you don't do something extreme like getting a DUI or fraternizing with enlisted sailors. As a matter of fact, the promotion to LTJG is exactly the same process.
