The process is tedious, long hours, long wait of course. The actual talking part is short and the whole overall experience is the very essence of bureaucracy and seemed unnecessary. The interviews were short and answer are expected to be direct and simple. Phone interview is also a regular exchange with yes and no answers with the occasional explanation on why requested by the interviewer on specific answers.

boot camp is where you end up going to, if you can find it inside you to make it through boot camp then guess what. you got the job, that is all you need to know.
