Le processus a pris plus de 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Marine Corps (Fremont, CA) en avr. 2008

From your first interaction with the OSO, it is a continuous interview process until you ship out to OCS. Your dedication, responsibility, enthusiasm and a variety of other criteria can be monitored and documented. Always be professional, honest, and motivated for the best evaluation. There is also a physical fitness test (PFT), a background check, 1:1 interview, and drug test. OCS is a 12 week training and screening process. Contact your OSO for more information.
Go to the officer recruiter office and tell them you want to join the military after college. They will work with you to get a competitive package complete. It will not take that long.

J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris une année ou plus. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Marine Corps (Denver, CO) en nov. 2012

First you go to your local Officer Selection Officer, then you compete for a spot to go to Officer Candidate School, and then if you make it through OCS you receive a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant. The whole process is very time consuming and requires a lot of work on the weekends to attend pool events and prove your commitment to becoming an Officer Candidate. It is well worth it in the end.
