I had a screening interview that went very well. I was notified that I would be moved onto the next step by the end of the week. A few extra days went by and I followed up. I then got an automated rejection message. I asked the recruiter for feedback and was told "I have no feedback from the team. I wish I had better news." I never even got to the stage where I met with the team. Unprofessional and seems like the HR recruiter didn't even make the decision.
