Full day interview process. Met with the hiring manager, management team, director, and small groups of staff. Also had to present an hour-long seminar on current or previous relevant research.

Two interviews with the Branch chief and other researchers. One presentation interview with the whole branch. The first two were questions about my past experience, publications, and why I was interested in the job. The other was a thirty minute presentation of a paper I contributed to with another 30 minutes for questions.
