behavior base question, panel interview of at least three employees. you sit on one side and they sit on the other side of the table. As with any interview it was nervous especially because it was scenario questions, and that when I stumble or ramble on and on.

Thorough and amicable. Over the phone and included a group of people listening and asking questions. Was about 15 - 20 minutes long. Ask usual questions about work history and work ethic and style.
