Entretien
The only difficulty is in the testing, if you score well, you can have any job you want, if poorly well, it's a different story. Also their background check is pretty intense even if you were just arrested with no charges filed it can be counted against you and restrict you from a lot of the better jobs.

Question 1
They ask you about citizenship, criminal background and there IS a drug test.
Consisted of a conversation with a recruiter. He made sure I had a pulse, and then introduced me to a lengthy process of paperwork that took months to complete. The recruiter worked with me throughout the process and we remain friends to this day, years later
Easy, MEPS was the most difficult part, especially the medical portion. The paperwork part was easy, most of the interview was complete prior to going. Questions were basic and non-threatening.

Entretien
Interviewed with a recruiter over the course of a couple weeks. Collected the necessary paperwork and did some medical exams. Chose my ship date and shipped out a few months later.
