Type of interview may depend on the base/interviewer. All questions came from a list of mandated questions, and the interview was easy and relatively informal. They were all run-of-the-mill interview questions you'd expect at any job interview. Interview took possibly 45 minutes, with only the commander, followed by lunch with other JAGs.
