A series of questions are provided to the interviewee just before the interview and a short amount of time is provided to make notes. A 3 person panel goes through questions.

Apply for retraining, Schedule interview with Manpower Chief (MO Chief), During interview you will be asked to take a math test, write a paragraph about your current job, demonstration basic Microsoft Office knowledge and finally talk to the Mo Chief (this is to see how well you communicate)
