The interview and selection process is done one of two ways. One is by online application process such as USjobs. You apply online and your application gets reviewed for qualification. If you qualify, your application is sent to the hiring official. If you make the cut, you are notified for an interview. Good luck from there. The process can be lengthy. The 2nd way is by visting the base in which you would like to work and apply through the Civilian Personnel Office. Maybe a faster process since all is done locally.
