The interview process was very unprofessional by nature. I received an invitation from a recruitment manager to interview for the Building Administrator position, but the scheduled meeting was repeatedly delayed or rescheduled. When it was finally confirmed, the interviewer failed to show up and continued to provide excuses afterward. Based on these repeated inconveniences and lack of transparency, I decided to abort the process altogether.
