The process was not formal. A group of us met at the facility and sat at tables and they explained what the job was all about. They just want to make sure you know your expectations and they don't want to sugar-coat that it is a physical job. I did this job last year as a seasonal hire and I have an interview tomorrow for a part-time job.

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
