Entretien
I applied online and an HR representative called me in to an informational session for the driver helper position. When I arrived there were at least 15 others and we all sat in a small room together. The HR representative handed out packets of information on the position and reviewed what the position entailed. They do this in an attempt to weed out the people who won't actually be fit for the job. Then, if you stayed after the session, you get called in to talk for 7 minutes with one of the representatives about your availability, employment and education history, and when you can start. Then the rep gave me a piece of paper and told me to call the number on the paper the next morning and they would let me know if I had the job.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,

The interview process wasn’t to long or too short it was just right it’s pretty straightforward and simple really easy as long as you have an ability to talk properly and process what they are saying to you
