Entretien
First was a phone interview with HR verifying information on my resume. I was then called in for an interview with the hiring manager and someone from the department. They asked general questions about my educational and professional background.
There was no extensive interview process. I believe they do a background check. I would recommend to have a resume but this most of the time if you're thinking about joining UPS you will be joining an entry level position. This means that no experience is required.

Entretien
Basic interview, you apply and as long as you don't have any crazy criminal history they call you in, you sit through an orientation where they talk about safety rules and the type of work (physical) that you will be doing. Then you have a basic interview where they asses that you aren't a crazy person. As long as you are willing to work hard you basically have the job.
