I had a single interview after submitting an application. My interview included a tour of the facility. I met several supervisors and saw people working. The interview was somewhat informal.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
