Okay process , not the most organized folks in the world. Could have went better. applied online then in person with a person who gives the test. drove to onsite area and took the test. Was the normal stuff you would expect

I filled out an application, then just sit down discussion. We discussed my work history, and goals. We talked briefly about the role of a maintenance person at an apartment complex. I was quizzed about my knowledge of safety and chemical management. We discussed the opportunity to gain certifications and how that will increase my compensation. We discussed required hours, involving m-f 8-5 and 24hr on call every third week.
