The interview process at UPS was very quick if you applied on their website. If you applied through a third party you still had to go back and apply through the ups main website

It was very easy. Never spoke to a human. All based on my answers to pre selected questions. I was able to interview and be hired in the same day. Additionally I was able to start work the very next day.

Everything is done online, it is quick and easy. After you watch some training videos someone will reach out to you and provide you with what you need to advance in the process.
