applied for ups in November 2013 and scheduled my interview 2 weeks later. when you go to your interview you get a small tour and get the total job details. after that, you have a 1 on 1 interview, mine was only 2 minutes. if he or she likes you, they will bring you back for orientation. the biggest piece of advice is call everyday when you start working, around 7:00-8:00, you will look like you really want to work and they will not forget your name. it looks good on a resume, got another job after the holidays just because i worked for UPS.

Do you have flexible hours? Do you have your own transportation? Why do you want to work for UPS?
Smooth and very easy to pass. Just speak and they will tell you what they have for you. You have nothing to be worried about. Just be ready to answer the phone.
Easy and quick, no problems at all I went straight through to the orrientation and that only took a few hours so thats pretty good you know I enjoyed the process
Phone with a supervisor. Super convenient and super easy. Affable man with tons of experience. Couldn't be happier. Later went in for an in person interview and to pick up gear.
