Phone Screen and then they call you in for an interview which will be conducted by at least 3 individuals at the same time. The individuals will then start firing away with questions. One will ask questions and the others observe how yo answer them.

The Interview is through Microsoft teams, laptop with webcam required. The interview was with two people and we talked about everything in my job history and a little on what the job is. It is about 45 minutes long.

Entretien
Very easy interview they just ask you common sense question about your experience and situations you had in past jobs. It was really simple. If Bills do the interview you going to be lucky he doesn’t bother you much a d give you the job right away.

I met with the employer in the guard shack. We proceeded to an office and he said he would be asking me a set a questions created by him and a set of questions created by upper management.
