Initial phone interview from HR Rep, after passing her questions, she set up the interview in person with Supervisor and Manager of the department. They asked usual interview questions, were glad I knew what Customs Brokerage is and how it works. They liked that and hired me because they felt they could teach me anything I didn't already know. I was called a few days later and they offered the job to me. I accepted the job offer.
