Applied online through the custom UPS jobs website. Got a phone call two weeks later from HR to describe application process, compensation, corporate policies, and to schedule an phone interview with my future boss. HR described the phone interview as technical. It was not technical. Phone interview was just to describe what I'd be doing in my role and to ask questions about my experience. Got a verbal offer two weeks later. Declined due to poor compensation.

One round with the hiring manager and some senior software developers. Had to redo the first round again because of some changes and reorgs. Whole process took from May to August.

It was very easy, with three stages....basic knowledge is enough, Aptitude, 2 technical hr rounds and then one final hr........the interview was pretty easy, due to limited slots my selection was not done.
