Group interview and then 5 minute 1-1. Ten people where brought in at once into the warehouse then a job description was given. A Human Resource person speaks to you about 5 minutes and you give permission for drug test and background check and are asked to come back for orientation.This consists of 3 videos and a 10 page questionnaire which is really simple.you are given a page on how to handle dogs and stretching techniques.

Do you have any physical conditions that would hinder your ability to perform?
The process was very simple. It involved one phone interview and one in person interview. The questions are very straightforward and nothing to worry about. overall, it was a good interview process.

no interview. come in for orientation and if you get into that youre hired, unless they hire too many then they select randomly from people there and tell the other to apply again.
The interview process was online, where your resume is reviewed, and then hiring in person during first physical meeting. The first meeting mainly is a review of your hiring paperwork and then you begin working within a few days.
