I had a conversation with my manager about my career prospects and preferences, and he offered me a full time position with the company. I declined because while the position was within the scope of my abilities, it was not within the scope of my inclinations. I hope to someday pursue a career in programming.

Quick interview process, met with one manager (no panel). All the questions were scenario based (have your examples ready) . In total it took about 3 weeks to be hired
